Purpose

Mission: Carrier Pigeon is a public interest documentation project operated by Clearlight Studios. Its purpose is to collect crowdsourced reports of unsolicited spam text messages targeting Phoenix metro residents, and to use that information to build an evidence record for wireless carriers and relevant authorities.

By Submitting a Report, You Confirm That

• The spam text described was actually received by you
• You have removed your name and any personal identifying information from the message text before submitting
• You are not submitting false, fabricated, or misleading information
• You are 18 years of age or older

What We Do With Your Submission

Submitted reports are stored in a private database accessible only to Clearlight Studios administrators. We may use this information to:

• Identify patterns in spam campaigns and sending infrastructure
• Prepare reports for wireless carriers with aggregator fraud teams
• Support regulatory complaints with the Arizona Attorney General or the FTC
• Publish aggregated, anonymized statistics publicly (e.g., total texts reported)

We will never publish your submission in a way that could identify you personally.

No Legal Advice

This site does not provide legal advice. If you believe you have a TCPA claim or wish to pursue legal action, consult a licensed attorney. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship.

Limitation of Liability

Clearlight Studios makes no warranties regarding outcomes resulting from use of this site or submission of reports. We are a volunteer documentation effort, not a legal service, regulatory body, or law enforcement agency.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the project evolves. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
